Originally from Malta, I moved to London in 2019 and have worked across consulting and tech - from large organisations to early-stage startups - with a focus on financial services. My experience spans some of the industry’s biggest names, working with traditional banks, global regulators, modern fintechs and high-growth disruptors.
I began my career in consulting, working across PwC, Deloitte, and a boutique strategy firm - advising financial institutions and regulators on strategy, transformation, and change delivery. I’m a Chartered Accountant by background, with a strong analytical foundation, but my work has always extended well beyond finance - spanning compliance, risk, data, technology, and operating model design. I’ve consistently been trusted to step into complex environments, make sense of ambiguity, and help teams deliver.
Drawn to building, I joined an early-stage fintech where I led commercial and delivery functions and helped secure clients like Revolut and several European banks. That experience laid the foundation for founding a VC-backed AI startup. As domain expert and lead on commercial strategy, go-to-market, and fundraising, I helped onboard hundreds of users and raised investment from one of the world’s leading early-stage VCs. We built a digital compliance assistant that blended LLMs with structured logic to help financial firms stay ahead of regulatory change.
Today, I work at the intersection of consulting, product, and AI - helping financial institutions apply emerging technology to real-world challenges. I bring a broad, cross-functional lens to every engagement, and I’m most at home where strategy needs execution and teams need momentum.
